Yes. It answers at night, on weekends and during holidays. Which hours it offers for appointments follows your own working hours.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes. You can connect your own Netgsm or SIP line. If you do not have one, you can request a number from us.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It checks open slots in your calendar, offers them to the caller and creates the booking. The appointment appears in your panel immediately.

How does it learn about my business?

You enter your services, prices, address and frequently asked questions in the panel. The assistant answers only from what you provided; it does not invent facts.

Can I review calls later?

Every call keeps its audio, transcript, summary and outcome in your panel. You can also see, step by step, what the assistant did.

Can it make outbound calls?

Yes. You provide a list of numbers and the assistant calls them one by one. You write what it should say, and it never calls outside your chosen hours.

Can I create more than one assistant?

Yes, as many as your plan allows. For example one for sales and one for support, each with its own phone number.

How long does setup take?

The panel has a quick setup wizard: describe your business in a few sentences and it prepares your assistant’s tone, service list and settings. About ten minutes.

Can I try it for free?

You can apply for a trial account. We review your application and open your account; you can then try your assistant by talking to it in the browser.

What happens when my plan minutes run out?

Accepted Answer

Calls stop and you are notified. Your bill never grows without your knowledge. If you want to continue, we can enable extra minutes.
